             Steps On-Line
    An On-Line Step Meeting of Cocaine Anonymous

 

PREAMBLE: "Cocaine Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others recover from their addiction. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using cocaine and all other mind-altering substances. There are no dues or fees for membership; we are fully self-supporting through our own contributions. We are not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization, or institution. We do not wish to engage in any controversy and we neither endorse nor oppose any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay free from cocaine and all other altering substances, and to help others achieve the same freedom."

FORMAT: This is a Step Study meeting. Every  week, two "speakers" will be invited to share about one of the 12 steps of Cocaine Anonymous.  General discussion/sharing will follow.  At that time, sharing is focused on the Step being discussed, on one's experience with the Steps in general or on questions about the Steps. Members are encouraged to share their experience, strength, hope, and personal interpretations pertaining to the 12-steps so that hopefully, all members can gain a better, personal understanding of the program.

Therefore attendance is limited to C.A. members only. If you are a loved one of an addict, this list is not appropriate for you; please email the List Administrator (stepsonline-secretary@cocano.org) privately for useful information.

Like most E-mail lists, each message sent to the list is echoed to each subscriber. In order to prevent unsolicited mailings to the group, we limit participation to subscribers. There are no dues or fees for a subscription -- the only requirement is a desire to stop using cocaine and all other mind-altering substances.
